How it Works

Step 1: Get in touch

Tell me a little about your home, what you'd like help with and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll have a chat about your priorities, and I may ask for a few photos to get a better understanding of the space and the work involved. This helps me recommend a suitable booking length and make sure we're on the same page before confirming your booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, I'll send you a welcome pack with everything you need to know before your first visit, including the relevant booking policies and practical details.

Step 2: Agree on a plan

Before we begin, we'll discuss your priorities, the time needed and what's realistically achievable. If I think your home would benefit from a longer session, either as a one-off or for future visits, I'll explain why and talk it through with you beforehand.

I work carefully and methodically rather than rushing to tick off a checklist. If we finish the main priorities with time to spare, I'll put the remaining time towards other useful tasks we've agreed on. If there's more to do, I'll let you know what's been completed and recommend what might help next time.

Payment and booking details

Payment is due on the day of your appointment, by cash or bank transfer.

If you require an invoice, please let me know when enquiring. A deposit will be required to confirm the booking, and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly so the deposit is accounted for in your final payment.

Products

I use eco-conscious, low-tox cleaning products wherever suitable, with care for your home and the people and pets who live in it.

If you have preferred products you'd like me to use, that's absolutely fine too. Just let me know beforehand so we can make sure they're appropriate for the surfaces and tasks involved. Some surfaces and appliances require specific products or care, so please tell me about any delicate finishes, special coatings or product sensitivities before your appointment.
